Knowledge Skills:

• Basic knowledge of animation principles such as timing, spacing, and squash & stretch.
• Ability to replicate genga artist’s drawing style with precision.
• B2+ English is Required
• Japanese is optional
• Experience using animation software for digital in-betweens or traditional paper-based methods.
• Strong attention to detail and patience for repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Create in-between frames to ensure smooth transitions between keyframes.
• Maintain consistency with the Genga (keyframe) drawings.
• Clean up rough sketches and prepare them for final processing.
• Follow timing and spacing guidelines to maintain animation quality.
• Adjust line weight, accuracy, and details as needed.
