Knowledge Skills:

• Strong understanding of human and object movement, perspective, and anatomy.
• Proficiency in hand-drawn or digital animation software (e.g., TVPaint, Clip Studio, Photoshop).
• B2+ English is Required
• Japanese is optional
• Experience in anime-style animation and familiarity with Japanese animation pipeline.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.

Responsibilities:

• Create keyframes that define major movements and expressions in animation sequences.
• Ensure consistency in character design, motion flow, and scene composition.
• Follow the director’s and animation supervisor’s instructions for scene direction.
• Work collaboratively with layout artists and Douga artists to maintain visual consistency.
• Revise keyframes based on feedback from animation supervisors.
