Knowledge Skills:

• Proficiency in digital painting and coloring software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Toon Boom, Retas Studio).
• Understanding of color theory, shading, and lighting effects.
• B2+ English is Required
• Japanese is optional
• Strong eye for detail and ability to follow established color schemes.
• Ability to work efficiently under production deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Apply base colors and shading to completed line art (Douga).
• Ensure color consistency based on reference sheets and color scripts.
• Remove any inconsistencies in lines or rough edges.
• Prepare animation frames for compositing and final rendering.
• Collaborate with the art director and compositing team to maintain visual quality.
