Contractors / Employees

• Payment will be made upon the completion of the project as defined in the Deliverables and the final acceptance of work by the client. The freelancer shall receive payment only when the agreed-upon deliverables are completed and approved.
• All talents are required to respect the confidentiality of the project and adhere to the company’s morals and ethics. Any breach of confidentiality or violation of the company’s ethical standards may result in termination of the contract and withholding of payment.
• Milestone Payments: In certain cases, milestones may be established for large projects, and the corresponding milestone payments will be outlined based on the successful delivery of each phase.
• Usage and Compensation for Work: The freelancer’s work shall not be used in machine learning, AI, or any other form of automated processing, reusage, or uploading without the freelancer’s consent. If the client wishes to use the freelancer’s work in such a manner, additional compensation will be paid to the freelancer, as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
