1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VILOSTUDIOS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Services Offered

VILOSTUDIOS provides professional animation production services including but not limited to:

2D and 3D Animation Production
Manga and Webtoon Creation
Sound Design and Audio Production
Multilingual Voiceover Services
Music Composition and Production
Writing and Script Development

3. Acceptable Use and Project Types

3.1 Accepted Projects

VILOSTUDIOS accepts and supports the following types of projects:

Brand Advertisement and Marketing Projects
Animated Music Videos
Anime Opening Sequences
Animated Series Requests
Legitimate Cryptocurrency Projects (subject to verification)
Educational and Entertainment Content
Corporate and Commercial Productions

3.2 Prohibited Content

VILOSTUDIOS STRICTLY PROHIBITS and will not produce:

NSFW Content: Including but not limited to hentai, adult content, or sexually explicit material
Political Content: Any content promoting political agendas, candidates, or partisan messaging
Fraudulent Projects: Scam cryptocurrencies, pyramid schemes, or deceptive marketing
Illegal Content: Any content that violates applicable laws or regulations
Hate Speech: Content promoting discrimination, violence, or harassment

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Method

VILOSTUDIOS accepts payments primarily through PayPal. All payments must be made in advance before production commences.

4.2 Payment Schedule

Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement and may include milestone-based payments for larger projects.

5. Refund Policy

Limited Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are available for a maximum of 25% of the total production cost
Refunds are only eligible if the project is not close to completion (less than 75% complete)
Total payment is never fully refunded regardless of circumstances
Refund requests must be submitted in writing with valid justification
VILOSTUDIOS reserves the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Client Rights

Upon full payment, clients obtain full rights to use the commissioned work for their intended purposes as specified in the project agreement.

6.2 Studio Rights

VILOSTUDIOS retains the following rights:

Right to include the work in our studio portfolio
Right for individual artists to showcase their contributions in personal portfolios
Right to use the work for promotional and marketing purposes

6.3 Mandatory Credits

Credits are MANDATORY for every production with no exceptions. Clients must include appropriate credits to VILOSTUDIOS and contributing artists in all public displays and distributions of the work.

7. Artificial Intelligence Policy

AI-Free Production Guarantee:

VILOSTUDIOS does NOT use AI in any aspect of our productions
We will NEVER incorporate AI tools or machine learning in our creative process
Clients are PROHIBITED from using AI or machine learning technologies on our delivered works
This policy ensures the authenticity and human craftsmanship of all our productions

8. Proprietary Software

VILOSTUDIOS proprietary software, tools, and production methodologies are confidential and proprietary. Clients are not granted access to, licenses for, or rights to use any proprietary software developed by VILOSTUDIOS.

9. Geographic Service Area

VILOSTUDIOS provides services to clients in the following regions:

United States of America

Japan

European Union (Excluding Russia)

United Arab Emirates

China

South Korea

Malaysia

Indonesia

Singapore

Other qualifying Asian markets

Services are available to countries with international transaction capabilities and not under economic sanctions. VILOSTUDIOS reserves the right to decline service based on geographic restrictions.

10. Limitation of Liability

VILOSTUDIOS's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment obligations remain in effect for work completed, and refunds are subject to the limitations outlined in Section 5.

12. Modifications

VILOSTUDIOS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
