Role details
The compensation for this job is $1500 per 3 minutes video. We are looking for a highly creative Motion Designer specializing in music video production. The ideal candidate is skilled in both 2D animation and performance-driven visual storytelling, with strong experience using Live2D and Adobe After Effects. You will work closely with directors, artists, and producers to transform creative concepts into visually compelling music videos delivered within tight production timelines of 2 weeks to 1 month Key Responsibilities Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for music videos Use Live2D to rig and animate character-based visuals Create dynamic compositions and visual effects in Adobe After Effects Collaborate with directors and creative teams to develop visual storytelling concepts Translate music, lyrics, and mood into synchronized visual narratives Handle full production pipeline from concept support to final render delivery Maintain visual consistency with artist branding and project direction Manage multiple deadlines and deliver polished work within 2–4 weeks per project Adapt creative direction quickly based on feedback and revisions
Requirements
Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects Professional experience with Live2D (rigging + animation) Prior experience in music video production or visual music content Solid understanding of timing, rhythm, and visual storytelling for music Ability to work under tight deadlines (2 weeks – 1 month turnaround) Strong portfolio showcasing motion design and animated video work Experience collaborating with creative teams, artists, or directors Good understanding of composition, color, and cinematic pacing
